Day 3 - A song from their debut album Before NMH was formed, Jeff Mangum was in a band project called Synthetic Flying Machine and released an album called "Invent Yourself A Shortcake," but the first album released under NMH was called Beauty. A few other albums followed this before they released an official debut album: Demo 1, Demo 2, and Hype City Sountrack, and then, in 1996, they released their first debut album, On Avery Island. I like "April 8th" and "Song Against Sex" the most from On Avery Island.
